Tabata Trainer is a user-friendly HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) app that follows the Tabata method. This app is ideal for individuals seeking a new, efficient, and effective training routine.

With Tabata Trainer, users have the flexibility to either create their own workouts or choose from a selection of preloaded workouts and start training immediately.

About the Tabata method:

  • The Tabata method consists of eight cycles, where you perform 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.
  • You have the freedom to select any exercise you prefer, such as push-ups, squats, or lunges.
  • After just four minutes, you will have completed a full Tabata workout.

The best part is that these routines can be performed at any time and in any location. Expensive equipment and gym memberships are not necessary - all you need is your own body and some common household items.

Please keep in mind:

  • If you wish to listen to music while using the app, simply start your preferred music app, select your music, and then switch over to Tabata Trainer (ensuring that the mute switch is not activated).
